Shipping & Delivery Policy

Create QR is a fully digital service. We don’t ship physical goods. Your “delivery” is the activation of your account features and immediate access to the Create QR web application.

This policy explains how, when, and where digital delivery happens for the Create QR service (createqr.in), operated by BellSoft India (OPC) Private Limited.

For every successful payment:

• Your paid features are unlocked immediately — typically within seconds of the payment confirmation.
• A payment receipt and a GST tax invoice are emailed to the address linked to your account.
• You can continue using Create QR from the same browser, same account — no separate “delivery wait” window.
• The free tier is, of course, always active and requires no payment.

If your features have not unlocked within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please email createqrin@gmail.comwith your payment reference number and we’ll fix it the same working day.

QR codes you create are made available for download immediately from your browser as PNG, SVG, JPG or WebP files. There is no shipping delay — the file is generated client-side and saved to your device the moment you click Download.

Dynamic QR codes additionally come with a permanent short URL (e.g. createqr.in/d/<short-id>) which is active the moment you save the QR.

Because the service is digital, Create QR is available anywhere with an internet connection. We bill in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers (including GST) and accept international payments in USD where supported by our payment partners. There are no geographic restrictions on access — just the standard restrictions in our Acceptable Use policy.

Create QR does not currently sell any physical product. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery delays to account for.

If we introduce a physical add-on in the future (for example, professionally printed QR posters or branded merchandise), this section will be updated with the applicable delivery timelines, courier partners, and tracking details. Until then, all delivery is digital.

• An emailed GST-compliant invoice is your delivery receipt.
• Indian customers can also download invoices anytime from the Billing section of their account.
• If you need a corrected or duplicate invoice, email createqrin@gmail.com with your account email and the payment date. We respond within one working day.

We design Create QR to be always-on. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare’s global edge network with no scheduled downtime. In the rare event of unplanned downtime that meaningfully affects your service, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for service credits and partial-refund options.
